Position Overview
Rosebank College is seeking a qualified Lecturer in ICT Business Information Systems to deliver high-quality teaching and academic support within the IT discipline.
The role focuses on lecturing, student engagement, academic monitoring, and continuous improvement of learning outcomes in line with institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Teaching & Delivery
- Deliver lectures aligned with module requirements and pacing guides
- Engage students in active, future-focused learning
- Support academic development and subject understanding
📊 Academic Support & Monitoring
- Track student performance and identify at-risk students
- Provide academic feedback and guidance
- Monitor assessments and submissions
🧑🏫 Administration & Academic Management
- Update the learning management system
- Prepare assessments in collaboration with academic teams
- Attend academic meetings and training workshops
- Maintain academic records and reporting

- Analyse student performance trends

Requirements
Qualifications
- Honours degree in an IT-related field (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT (minimum requirement)
Experience
- 2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience
- 1–3 years industry experience in IT
Technical Knowledge
