Position Overview: Graduate Trainee – IT
TWK Agri is offering a Graduate Trainee: IT Programme for 2024/2025 graduates looking to build a career in information technology.
This 12-month programme provides hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and business technology within a professional and structured environment.
Graduates will gain exposure to real-world IT operations while receiving mentorship and training to develop both technical and workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily IT support and operational tasks
- Provide first-line support (logging, tracking, resolving IT queries)
- Support system administration and user access management
- Assist with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and deployments
- Maintain IT documentation, logs, and asset records
- Support internal IT projects and improvement initiatives
- Apply IT policies, security standards, and best practices
- Assist with IT-related reporting and data analysis
- Participate in training, mentorship, and assessments
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Degree completed in 2024 or 2025 in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Information Systems or related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
- Good computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
