📌 Role Purpose
The Griller is responsible for preparing and grilling menu items to Pedros quality and safety standards while ensuring speed of service, consistency, and exceptional customer experience.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with SOPs
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently applied
- Prepare menu items according to SOPs while maintaining service speed
- Deliver excellent customer service and support store operations
🎓 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good verbal communication skills
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
