Position Overview: Health Consultant Job in Richards Bay
Dis-Chem is seeking a Health Consultant specialising in vitamins and supplements to join their Richards Bay team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in healthcare retail careers, wellness consulting jobs, and vitamin supplement sales roles.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling health products while delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice on vitamins, supplements, and health products
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a retail environment
- Maintain well-stocked and visually appealing health department displays
- Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
- Stay updated on new health products and wellness trends
- Follow all store policies and health department procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a health, vitamins, or supplement sales environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Basic numerical skills
- Willingness to work retail hours
Advantageous Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in Biomedicine, Biotechnology, or related health field
- Retail sales experience in health or wellness products
- Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and health foods
- Ability to speak an additional language
