Job Description:

We are currently seeking energetic Cleaners for our Goodwood site. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining high-quality cleaning standards in line with site-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves various cleaning duties within specified areas, such as offices, wards, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Duties:
  • Identify and act on cleaning opportunities beyond the set tasks.
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks within specified timeframes.
  • Maintain hygiene standards as per Tsebo guidelines.
• Customer Interaction:
  • Maintain and promote good relationships with customers and clients.
  • Exhibit soft skills, such as smiling and greeting clients.

Skills and Competencies:

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High energy levels and a positive work ethic.
• Good personal appearance and hygiene.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Clear communication skills in English.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Grade 11.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience as a Cleaner is advantageous but not required; the ability to learn quickly is essential.
  • Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment, such as a buffing machine, and managing cleaning tools is beneficial.
