Are you a talented writer with a passion for helping others succeed in their careers? Mango5 is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join their team as Resume Coaches. In this role, you’ll use your writing skills to guide job seekers in crafting impactful resumes, enabling them to land their dream jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Resumes: Provide constructive feedback through 10–15-minute video reviews of client resumes.
- Resume Enhancement: Guide job seekers on writing accomplishment-based bullet points and using job-specific keywords to make their resumes stand out.
- Client Support: Tailor reviews to address client concerns and target specific job requisitions.
- Quality Assurance: Submit video reviews for QA, ensuring any necessary corrections are made.
- Research & Analysis: Analyze client needs and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable advice.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong command of language, with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to provide clear and concise writing.
- Innovative and creative approach to content creation.
- Proficient in research and verbal content review.
- Qualifications:
- Required: Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- Advantageous: A formal qualification in Linguistics, English, Journalism, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in professional writing or editing environments (desired).
- Resume writing and formatting experience (advantageous).
- Experience in SEO/keyword identification (highly advantageous).
- Proficiency with Google Docs.
- Experience in quality assurance processes and target-driven environments is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Rotational Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 9 pm – 6 pm
