Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the fast and efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders, while providing support for the external sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service and Sales:
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Sales Administration and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales documents and materials.
• Sales Goals:

Job Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the building or construction environment.
