Hollywoodbets is seeking four Sales Agents (Field) to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the mobile customer base and meet sales targets while promoting the Hollywoodbets brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist clients with account opening and resolve betting-related queries. Provide clear and professional guidance on mobile products and services.
• Sales & Activations: Drive daily sales through effective demonstrations and explanations of mobile products, encouraging customers to purchase or use the services.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Actively participate in mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign-ups for new online accounts. Set up displays at events and outlets to attract customers.
• FICA Documentation: Assist customers with submitting the correct FICA documents when opening new accounts.
• Mobile App Support: Ensure new customers use their sign-up bonuses to place bets and guide them in using the mobile app effectively.
• Reporting & Training: Keep records of sales activities and report progress to management. Participate in weekly Moodle, bet strike, and Voice Note Training sessions.
• General Duties: Maintain a neat and tidy work area and ensure the safekeeping of all mobile equipment. Assist in other tasks as required by the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience as a promoter or in a similar role is beneficial.
• Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and top-up voucher distribution.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet targets.

• Prior experience in a similar sales or promotional role.
