Role Overview
BKB Ltd is seeking a Business Area Admin Clerk to ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes within the Livestock & Properties Division. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to clients and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. They will be responsible for handling auction administration, invoicing, payments, and providing administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Auction Administration: Handle all auction-related administration and accounting processes.
- Client Enquiries: Manage enquiries from sellers, buyers, clients, and personnel regarding auctions.
- Invoicing and Documentation: Collect and distribute invoices for the business area, ensuring accuracy of all information.
- Payment Follow-ups: Follow up on supplier payments and ensure clients settle their accounts on time.
- Training: Train auction clerks and ensure they stay updated on system changes or updates.
- Reporting: Submit weekly reports to the Regional Manager and Finance & Admin Manager regarding account receivables.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Languages: Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license.
