About the Learnership Programme
This is a 12-month structured learnership that provides both theoretical learning and hands-on work experience in the sales and marketing environment. Learners will be employed for the duration of the programme and will rotate through different departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of the commercial landscape.
Upon successful completion, learners will obtain a National Certificate in Marketing (NQF Level 4) – a qualification that opens doors in sales, retail, and FMCG industries across the country.
Key Purpose of the Programme
The main goal of the learnership is to:

Equip learners with skills to grow sales volume and market presence.

Develop an understanding of the order-taking and merchandising processes.

Teach learners how to build relationships with direct and indirect customers.

Provide exposure to customer care, communication, and marketing principles.
What You Will Learn

Who Should Apply?

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Minimum of 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy

At least 40% in two official South African languages

A valid Driver’s License will be a strong advantage

Must be currently unemployed

Must not have previously completed a similar learnership or qualification
