Position Summary
Tsebo Hygiene and Pest Control is seeking a qualified Hygiene Technician to join our team in Gauteng. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys working on-site with clients and takes pride in delivering high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Driving and Route Management

Drive in accordance with South African road regulations on pre-planned routes to ensure the service team arrives safely and on time.

Comply with all company vehicle and fuel policies.
Hygiene Servicing
-
Service all washroom equipment, including sanitary bins (female staff only) and the cleaning or wiping of equipment on client sites.

Deliver consumables to client locations and ensure all documentation, such as delivery notes (DANs), is completed and signed on the same day.

Assist with delivery of consumable orders and ensure unused service stock is returned to the warehouse.
Stock and Quality Control

Manage and monitor stock to maintain high-quality inventory levels.

Report all servicing, equipment, customer, or site issues in writing on the DAN upon return to the office.
Client Service and Compliance

Provide professional, polite, and high-quality service to clients.

Follow all Health and Safety regulations at all times.

Ensure equipment on client premises is always in good working order.

Address and resolve client complaints efficiently and follow up to confirm satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Matric / Grade 12 certificate.

Valid Driver’s Licence and Public Driver’s Permit (PDP).

At least 2 years of relevant experience in hygiene services, cleaning, or a related field.
