Position Overview

Fidelity ADT is currently seeking a professional and well-organised Receptionist to join its Gauteng operations based in Midvaal Rural.

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the organisation, ensuring that all visitors, clients, and callers are welcomed and assisted in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. This role is ideal for an entry-level administrative professional looking to grow a career within a reputable corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and guests professionally
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Provide general administrative support to departments as required
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with placing orders when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
  • Support daily front-office operations to ensure smooth workflow

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or front-office experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
