Job Overview

The General Worker position at Farmpack (Pty) Ltd involves performing general labour tasks within the facility. The role supports daily operations through activities such as packing, loading, cleaning, and maintaining workplace organisation.

This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, physically fit, and willing to perform manual labour in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

General Labour

• Perform general tasks requiring minimal training
• Assist with packing, loading, and offloading stock
• Support operational activities as required

Warehouse & Stock Support

• Assist with stock control when needed
• Ensure products are handled according to company procedures
• Maintain order and organisation in storage areas

Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
• Perform general housekeeping duties across the premises
• Ensure compliance with workplace standards

Additional Duties

• Follow company rules, policies, and safety procedures
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors
• Work overtime when required

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Ability to perform hard manual labour
• Good physical health
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Ability to contribute positively to daily operations
