📌 Job Overview
Signature Cosmetics is looking for a Second In Charge to support store management at Sunshine Plaza. The successful candidate will help supervise the team, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining high store standards.

👥 Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide the store team
- Train staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Set a positive example and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
🛍 Customer Experience
- Deliver a welcoming and personalised customer experience
- Demonstrate and promote beauty and skincare products
- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
📊 Sales & Store Operations
- Support the store in achieving sales targets and turnover
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and well stocked
📦 Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and manage shrinkage
- Investigate stock variances and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and labelled
💳 Compliance & Procedures
- Ensure point-of-sale and banking procedures are followed
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Passion for cosmetics, beauty, and retail
- Knowledge of beauty and skincare products
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of email and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
- Ability to stand for long periods
