👥 Team Leadership
- Provide guidance and supervision to the store team
- Train employees on selling techniques and product knowledge

- Create a welcoming and personalized customer experience
- Demonstrate and promote beauty and skincare products
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
📊 Sales & Store Operations
- Drive sales and help the store achieve turnover targets
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards
- Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and well stocked
📦 Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and prevent stock losses
- Investigate stock discrepancies and escalate issues
- Ensure all items are properly priced and labelled
💳 Compliance & Procedures
- Follow point-of-sale and banking procedures
- Ensure all store policies and operational standards are followed
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Passion for cosmetics, beauty, and retail
- Knowledge of beauty and skincare products
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of email and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
- Ability to stand for long periods
