Position Overview

The Junior Branch Marketer at NTK Retail Tzaneen is responsible for selling agricultural merchandise, marketing stock to clients, and ensuring constant stock availability. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, building relationships with farmers and retail customers, and contributing to the branch’s sales growth.

This position is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level agricultural marketing jobs, retail positions in farming supplies, or customer service roles in the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell agricultural products to customers according to agreed sales targets
  • Manage stock control and ensure constant availability of products for clients
  • Assist in stock ordering and inventory management
  • Provide high-quality customer service to walk-in, telephonic, and email clients
  • Continuously engage in marketing and promotional activities
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by branch management

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / NQF 4
  • 1–2 years’ experience in irrigation systems or agriculture retail (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems and electrical equipment is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
  • Willingness to undergo continuous training and skills development
  • Orientation towards marketing and customer service
