Position Overview

The Sales Account Executive – South Coast role is designed for high-performing professionals with a proven track record in B2B sales, merchant acquiring, fintech, or payments solutions.

This position focuses on acquiring corporate merchant accounts, building long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Acquire and grow corporate merchant accounts across the South Coast territory
  • Identify and secure new revenue opportunities within the merchant payments ecosystem
  • Build and manage a high-value client portfolio
  • Drive consistent revenue growth through strategic account development

Sales Strategy & Deal Execution

  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex merchant payment solutions
  • Develop tailored solutions aligned with client business needs
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
  • Maintain long-term partnerships with corporate merchants
  • Protect and expand existing accounts through strategic engagement
  • Provide insights and advisory support on payment technologies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams including product, operations, and risk management
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for merchants
  • Support product innovation by sharing market insights and client feedback

Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, fintech, merchant acquiring, or payments solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value corporate deals
  • Strong negotiation and commercial decision-making skills
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Ability to operate independently within a regional territory
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
