Motus is currently recruiting two New Vehicle Sales Executives for the Renault Silver Lakes dealership, offering an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive sales professionals.


Position Overview

The New Vehicle Sales Executive is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities by selling new vehicles while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating leads, presenting vehicle features and benefits, and achieving monthly sales targets within a competitive dealership environment.

Successful candidates will be results-driven sales professionals capable of meeting performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Sales & Target Achievement

  • Sell new vehicles to meet monthly sales targets
  • Deliver on daily sales activity requirements
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide professional support throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  • Manage customer expectations to ensure excellent service delivery

Sales Presentations & Negotiation

  • Present vehicle features and benefits to customers
  • Handle customer enquiries and overcome objections
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize vehicle sales

Lead Generation & Marketing

  • Prospect for new customers through cold calling and networking
  • Promote vehicles through social media and digital platforms
  • Participate in dealership marketing campaigns and promotions

Customer Delivery & Handover

  • Professionally handle vehicle handovers
  • Ensure customers understand vehicle features and dealership services
  • Provide a positive and memorable customer delivery experience

Training & Professional Development

  • Attend OEM and company training programmes
  • Participate in regular sales meetings
  • Stay updated on vehicle product knowledge and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  • Valid South African driver’s licence
  • Computer literacy
  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in a motor dealership environment (preferred)

Additional advantages:
