Position Overview
NTK Retail is looking for a Learner Branch Marketer to join their Louis Trichardt branch. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in retail marketing, stock management, and customer service within a professional agricultural retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Market products effectively and sell merchandise according to agreed targets
- Manage stock levels, ensuring availability for clients
- Replenish stock and maintain merchandising displays
- Assist customers and resolve queries within the set mandate
- Maintain a clean and organized working space
- Support team activities and branch operations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Clear criminal record
- Thorough, precise, and accurate in completing tasks
- Advantageous: 1–3 years’ experience in irrigation or relevant field
- Ability to consistently add value to the role
