Job Description
Ampath is seeking a Courier to join their team in East London. The role involves the collection and delivery of reports, specimens, and parcels to and from various locations, including wards, hospitals, doctor’s offices, and other relevant clients. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection & Delivery:
- Collect and deliver reports, specimens, and parcels promptly to clients, labs, and relevant locations.
- Client Relations:
- Maintain strong client relations, ensuring the Ampath image is upheld at all times.
- Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure the safekeeping and maintenance of company vehicles and relevant equipment for efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Education:
- Grade 10 certificate.
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience in driving, with knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with national traffic rules and regulations.
- Licensing:
- Valid South African Driver’s License (Code B).
- Valid South African Driver’s License (Code A) is also required.
