Key Purpose of the Role
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for the accurate reconciliation of accounts, preparing payment schedules, and ensuring financial records are maintained to the highest standard. By effectively managing vendor relationships and identifying irregularities, you will help minimise risk and protect the financial integrity of the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
1. Financial Reconciliation and Reporting

Reconcile supplier and vendor accounts monthly using SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Prepare reconciliations for payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Complete monthly reports to provide management with up-to-date financial insights.
2. Vendor and Stakeholder Communication

Liaise with vendors, stores, and management to resolve account queries and discrepancies.

Alert the business to any irregularities or potential risks promptly.
3. Administrative Support

Complete daily filing of accounts and other finance-related administrative tasks.

Maintain high standards of documentation to support internal controls and audits.
Minimum Requirements
Education
-
Essential: Matric / Grade 12.
-
Essential: A relevant tertiary qualification such as B.Com, BTech, Diploma, or Certificate in Advanced Bookkeeping.
Experience
-
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable or finance environment.

SAP experience is essential for this role.
Technical Skills

Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, reconciliations) and Outlook.

Ability to reconcile complex accounts accurately and efficiently.
