As an End Controller positioned at the Stonewood frontline exit, you are both a vital loss prevention officer and a friendly brand ambassador. Your main focus is to audit outgoing goods by cross-checking customer receipts and tax invoices against physical items leaving the store. By ensuring every product is correctly scanned and billed, you protect the business from stock leakage, item duplications, and inventory discrepancies while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Areas & Primary Responsibilities
1. Receipt Verification & Loss Prevention

Inspect customer tax invoices and sales receipts against physical items presented at exit points to confirm that correct quantities, product codes, and descriptions leave the building.

Verify that high-value hardware items and bulk building materials are correctly scanned by cashiers to avoid item duplication or missed items.

Guard against stock shrinkages, unbilled goods, and fraudulent receipts at exit stations.
2. Frontline Customer Relations & Checkout Audit

Greet customers warmly as they enter and exit the store, delivering a professional and friendly service experience.

Resolve minor checkout discrepancies at the exit point with tact, politeness, and high interpersonal efficiency.

Monitor checkout lanes and self-service registers for cashier performance, reporting operational needs or scan errors to frontline supervisors.
3. Inter-Branch Sales & Stock Management

Maintain accurate administrative registers for inter-branch stock transfers and authorized contractor collections passing through the frontline.

Participate actively in routine and perpetual store stocktakes to maintain inventory balance.

Keep the exit control point clean, orderly, and compliant with company housekeeping and health standards.
