Are You a Passionate Service Centre Administrator?

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and experience:

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Matric qualification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in the retail environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Assist in meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective service and upselling.
  • Ensure Up-to-Date Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products and services offered by HiFi Corp.
  • Merchandising and Store Presentation: Maintain an appealing and organized store layout.
  • Contribute to Safety & Security: Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a secure store environment.
  • Effective Teamwork and Self-Management: Collaborate with team members and manage personal tasks efficiently.
