Purpose of the Role:
Provide support in terms of the provision of raw materials, stock control, and logistics to the production departments.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, specifically applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes.
- Experience working at a management level.
- Skills:
- Fluent in Business English.
- Computer literate at an intermediate level.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Record and enter transactions in the Clover accounting system.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and requests.
- Liaise with the Costing Clerk and Buyer regarding GRNI and PPV reports.
- Capture return documentation such as container/pallet counts.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately captured in the LX systems.
Stock Monitoring and Control (Inbound & Outbound):
- Administer and coordinate all stock movements (receive, transfer, dispatch, and manage stock on hand).
- Conduct stock functions per Clover processes and procedures.
- Assist with stock counts and cycle counts (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Monitor quality standards for received stock, including expiry dates.
- Report any stock-related issues.
Outbound Logistics Oversight:
- Ensure accurate stock captures in ERMS and WMS systems.
- Perform invoice reconciliations.
- Oversee stock counts, adjustments, and investigations when required.
- Manage CHEP pallets, including orders and transfers.
