About the Role

The Call Centre Agent is responsible for conducting outbound customer follow-ups, assisting with appointment coordination, and delivering clear, friendly, and professional communication. This position supports customer retention and service continuity by ensuring previous customers are contacted timeously and assisted efficiently.

The role requires strong verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work consistently within standard office hours.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Follow-Ups

The successful candidate will contact previous customers to conduct follow-ups, ensure effective communication, and maintain positive relationships on behalf of the business.


Appointment Coordination

The role includes assisting customers with scheduling and confirming follow-up appointments, ensuring accurate information capture and smooth coordination.


Customer Service and Communication

Providing clear, friendly, and professional communication is central to this role. The Call Centre Agent must ensure customers feel supported and informed at all times.


Minimum Requirements
