Position Overview
The Administrator: Parts – Key Accounts within the Parts Strategy Division is responsible for maximising sales opportunities and supporting dealer objectives through exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Parts Strategy Head, this role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with experience in business-to-business (B2B) and key account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for Motus dealerships
- Prospect and engage with new and existing customers to generate sales
- Negotiate and facilitate credit terms and contracts to enable customer purchasing
- Support dealers in meeting sales targets and credit thresholds
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Manage customer accounts through regular visits and high-quality service
- Conduct sales promotion activities and participate in trade shows/exhibitions
- Analyse purchasing behaviour to identify opportunities and manage risks
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategy
- Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions to maximise market penetration
- Ensure accurate recording of vehicle transactions and legal documentation
- Innovate to improve customer base and expand business opportunities
- Resolve conflicts and customer concerns effectively
- Demonstrate strong administration, planning, and organisational skills
Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric)
- 1+ years B2B sales experience (essential)
- Parts sales experience (advantageous)
- Valid, endorsed driver’s license
- Fully computer literate, advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
