Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Kazang Micro Merchant team in Mbombela 01.

This role combines technical expertise, product knowledge, and a customer-focused sales approach. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the merchant network, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, contributing directly to business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Understand merchant business requirements and recommend the most suitable products
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain updated status on opportunities
  • Process contracts efficiently to ensure seamless merchant onboarding
  • Install devices and ensure proper product functionality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with informal vendors and merchants
  • Identify new business areas to expand market presence and share
  • Ensure product visibility and availability to drive awareness and sales
  • Collaborate with sales teams for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Proactively recommend best practice solutions to management for sales challenges

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a technical, product-driven, or fintech environment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Technical proficiency to install and troubleshoot devices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
  • Experience in customer needs analysis and tailored product recommendations
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred but not required)
