AFGRI is seeking a skilled Administration Clerk to support our Polokwane branch with accurate document handling, data capture, and operational reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance, improve turnaround times, and deliver consistent service to clients. This role suits candidates who value accuracy, organisation, and communication in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Document and Data Management

  • Receive, organise, and file delivery notes; assist with ad-hoc receiving duties.
  • Process documents accurately and ensure correct number sequencing in the system.
  • Maintain complete, audit-ready records for operational continuity.

Client Relationship Support

  • Maintain positive client relationships and resolve queries promptly.
  • Provide accurate updates on accounts, orders, and service requests.

Reporting and Stock Control

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (outstanding claims, purchase orders, negative on-hand).
  • Prepare stock-taking reports and assist with quarterly counts; capture stock sheets in the system.

Fleet and Job Card Administration

  • Open and process job cards timeously.
  • Capture motor fleet log sheets and maintain accurate fleet records.

Risk and Debt Management

  • Support branch risk management procedures and escalate risks.
  • Assist with debt collection in line with company policies.
