Role Overview

The Administrator: Quotes position is central to Liberty’s commitment to delivering accurate and efficient financial services. You will be responsible for providing quotes administrative services while adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle financial data with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Process and Administration

  • Accurately administer and complete financial activities within the assigned area of work, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

  • Utilise various software packages to create correspondence, maintain records, and manage spreadsheets and databases.

  • Generate a range of documents and produce reports according to prescribed guidelines and standards.

  • Plan and prioritise tasks, adjusting to changing demands while maintaining high-quality outputs.

  • Take accountability for the accuracy of your work and adherence to Liberty’s policies and procedures.

Customer Service

  • Resolve client queries promptly and escalate complex issues for quick and effective resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Deliver customer service that meets or exceeds expectations and aligns with Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles.

Financial Management

  • Contribute to effective administration of operational costs within budget.

  • Identify areas of financial risk and escalate where necessary.

  • Adhere strictly to company standards and policies to avoid losses or wastage.

Learning and Growth

  • Actively enhance your own knowledge and stay informed about industry best practices and internal process updates.

Governance and Compliance

  • Follow all governance and compliance procedures relevant to your role.

  • Identify potential risks, implement corrective actions, and escalate issues where required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (Pre-2009 Level 6 or equivalent).

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or financial environment.
