Position Overview

The Admin Clerk / Admin Klerk position is a permanent administrative role based in Ladybrand, Free State. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and accurate maintenance of administrative and accounting documentation, as well as providing support and assistance to management and operational points.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional with strong numerical ability and excellent organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities

The Admin Clerk will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative and accounting records
  • Providing administrative support and tools to management
  • Performing general office administration and record-keeping tasks
  • Assisting and supporting various operating points
  • Compiling, capturing, and maintaining documentation and reports
  • Ensuring proper filing and document control systems are maintained
  • Supporting basic accounting and reconciliation-related activities
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Accounting
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong numerical and data-capturing ability
  • Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
