Key Responsibilities

Parts Administration & Operational Processes

  • Process and administer parts receiving and dispatching information accurately.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed before parts are dispatched to clients.
  • Control and manage incoming orders to ensure parts are received and captured on the system for delivery.
  • Execute daily work activities according to established standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver performance targets in line with company service level agreements.

Minimum Requirements
