Position Overview

Motus Autoworx is currently recruiting a Customer Service Agent to join the team at the Jet Park branch in Boksburg, Gauteng.

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing front-line communication between customers, insurers, brokers, and the workshop team. The successful candidate will ensure that customers receive regular updates regarding their vehicle repairs and insurance approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professional communication with clients.
  • Serve as the primary front-line contact between customers, insurers, and workshop teams.
  • Provide clear and accurate updates to customers regarding repair progress.

Customer Satisfaction Management

  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance metrics.
  • Conduct post-repair customer satisfaction follow-ups.
  • Ensure all customer interactions maintain high service standards.

Insurance & Claims Coordination

  • Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, and vehicle assessors regarding repair approvals.
  • Monitor insurance approval turnaround times and escalate delays when necessary.
  • Communicate insurance claim outcomes clearly to customers.

Workshop Coordination

  • Maintain daily communication with estimators and workshop teams.
  • Ensure vehicle turnaround communication is accurate and timely.
  • Track repair progress and ensure customers are informed throughout the repair process.

Complaint Handling

  • Respond to customer calls and emails within agreed response timeframes.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates applying for the Customer Service Agent position at Motus Autoworx Jet Park should meet the following criteria:

Education

  • Grade 12 / Matric (Required)
  • Customer Service or Business Administration qualification (Advantageous)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
