Position Overview
The Administrator – Creditors will manage the dealership’s accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and credit notes, maintaining positive relationships with creditors, and supporting month-end accounting processes. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to support efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
- Reconcile creditor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with preparation and execution of payment runs
- Maintain accurate records of all creditor transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and documentation
- Respond promptly to creditor inquiries and resolve issues
- Monitor and track expenses to align with budgets
- Support month-end accounting procedures related to creditors
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role
- Strong numerical and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)
