Position Overview
The Sales Representative – New Vehicles will drive sales and build lasting customer relationships at the Motus Omoda Jaecoo Welkom dealership. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and showcasing new vehicle models effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers interested in purchasing new vehicles
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and specifications of new vehicles
- Conduct professional test drives and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and terms to close sales deals efficiently
- Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet dealership and individual sales targets
- Stay informed on latest vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Attend internal training sessions and sales meetings as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of new vehicle models and automotive features
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Passion for cars and understanding of the vehicle buying process
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
