Minimum requirements
Essential:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- At least 6 months’ sales experience in a vitamins/health environment
- Strong English communication
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good numerical skills
- Willing to work retail hours
Advantageous:
- BSc Biomedicine / Biotechnology or related qualification
- Retail sales experience
- Health industry experience
- Another local language spoken in the area
Key duties
- Assist and advise customers
- Deliver strong customer service
- Stock and face up merchandise
- Report price discrepancies
- Follow store layout and merchandising standards
- Support promotions and displays
- Meet monthly team/brand/vendor targets
- Manage stock control and weekly returns
