Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and take action on cleaning opportunities beyond routine tasks.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks on time.
• Perform cleaning duties in offices, wards, public areas, and as directed by the Line Manager.
• Adhere to Tsebo’s hygiene standards and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.
• Report incidents and accidents on-site to the Supervisor or Contracts Manager.
• Assist with additional duties as required.

• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong personal appearance and hygiene.
• Excellent soft skills (e.g., greeting clients with a smile).

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 8 (Standard 6).
