Fidelity Services Group, through Fidelity Cash Solutions, is seeking an experienced and resilient Cash Centre Manager to join its operations in Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal, on a permanent basis. This mid-senior level role reports directly to the Regional Manager of the Cash Processing Region and is suited to a hands-on leader with strong people management skills and the ability to perform in a high-pressure, compliance-driven environment.

The position is critical to ensuring the full daily operation of the cash centre, with accountability for accurate deposit verification, balancing, and processing in accordance with contractual agreements and internal procedures.


About the Role

The Cash Centre Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of branch cash processing operations, ensuring that all deposits are verified, balanced, and processed accurately and timeously. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage daily challenges while maintaining strict compliance with policies, procedures, and risk controls.

This position demands a professional who can engage confidently with clients, manage staff performance, and take accountability for operational outcomes across day and night shifts.


Key Responsibilities

Cash Centre Operations and Processing Control

The successful candidate will oversee the entire daily operation of the cash centre, ensuring that all deposits are processed and verified in a balanced position. This includes monitoring workflows, enforcing procedures, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements between all parties.

Accuracy, consistency, and operational control are essential to maintaining service integrity and client confidence.


Staff Management and Leadership

The role includes full responsibility for the management of staff, including supervision, performance management, and addressing operational or behavioural challenges as they arise. The Cash Centre Manager must provide clear direction, ensure accountability, and maintain productivity across all shifts.

Strong leadership and people management skills are essential to ensure a stable and effective operating environment.


Client Liaison and Query Resolution

The Cash Centre Manager will manage queries related to treasury and teller differences, providing feedback to clients and internal support departments as required. The role requires professional engagement with clients, clear communication, and timely resolution of operational issues.
