Position Overview

Hyundai Silverlakes, part of Motus Corporation, is looking for a Sales Executive – New Vehicles to join its Pretoria dealership. This entry-level automotive sales position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to start or advance their career in vehicle sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Provide detailed information about new vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options
  • Conduct test drives and highlight key features of vehicles to prospective buyers
  • Close sales and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and support brand loyalty

Team Collaboration & Market Awareness

  • Work closely with the sales team to meet dealership and individual sales targets
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends, market developments, and new product releases

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 1–2 years of sales experience (preferred but not compulsory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products
  • Team-oriented and target-driven
