Duties & Responsibilities
- Claims process
- Process disinvestment requests
- Generate and checking of ROTs
- Process tax applications
- Generate and checking of EFT’s
- Validate and signing off of claim letters
- ROT 01 submissions Administrator
- Process and check section 14 claims
- Claim authorisation (Banking 1st or 2nd authorisation payments)
- Claim management and reporting thereof
- Claim SLA management
- Month end process
- Processing and checking of Month end contributions (Including supervisor invoice review)
- Validation and authorisation of month end processes (cash outflows)
- Processing and checking S14 transfers in
- Processing and checking individual transfers in
- Processing and checking of investment trades (including instruction sign off)
- Pricing and validation of investment trades
- Monthly SLA management and reporting
Finance and Audits
Audit working paper preparation and query resolution
Monthly bank reconciliations based on predefined deadlines
Month-end accounting based on predefined deadlines
Client reporting
- Preparation and compilation of various reports per internal or external requests
Communication
- Preparation and presentation of internal or external training and client meetings
- Query logging and escalation
- Internal and external feedback
• Porfolio Management
- Transaction review, validation and authorisation
- Compile, intervene and report on portfolio
- Validation, tracking and authorisation of section 14s in and out
- Provide intervention and technical resolution support across the business outputs
- Activity management Administrator
- Activity planning
- Completion, validation and signoff on daily tasks
- Monitoring of activity progress
- Management escalation
- Escalation of queries – first line escalation queries

Desired Experience & Qualification
Skills and experience required
- Matric and/or equivalent qualification
- Bachelor degree or equivalent tertiary qualification will be a strong advantage
- Certificate in Proficiency in retirement funds (COP)
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar environment with good knowledge of Employee Benefits
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Everest experience essential
- Sound understanding of systems and experience with working with developers & programmers
- Strong working knowledge on figures Administrator

25 000 – 35 000
