Programme Overview

This 12-month internship will provide structured learning opportunities, on-the-job training, and mentorship to help interns gain practical experience and develop key competencies required in the financial and insurance sectors. Key Responsibilities

Interns will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Client Service Excellence: Deliver a professional and positive customer service experience at AVBOB branches.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage client inquiries and document activities and outcomes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate complex client concerns to supervisors or branch managers for prompt resolution.
  • Product Support: Assist customers with technical inquiries regarding AVBOB’s Member Value products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Regularly check in with clients, follow up on active processes, and build long-term relationships.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct post-service surveys, identify service improvement areas, and recommend enhancements based on feedback.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in client services and contribute ideas to improve AVBOB’s offerings.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and update documentation for business efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must have completed one of the following degrees:

  • Financial Degree (Finance, Banking, Investment Management, etc.)
  • Accounting or Economics Degree
  • BSc in Information Systems
  • Marketing Management Degree
  • Business Administration Degree
