Pedros is currently seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support senior executives at its Head Office in Newlands East. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring strong administrative capability, discretion, and excellent communication skills.

About the Personal Assistant Role
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executives, ensuring smooth daily coordination of schedules, communication, travel, reporting, and meetings.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Administrative Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport
- Ensure smooth executive workflow and daily operations
Communication Management
- Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence
- Draft, proofread, and prepare professional documents
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support senior leadership communication requirements
Calendar & Diary Management
- Maintain executive calendars and scheduling systems
- Manage appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide reminders and ensure time efficiency
- Coordinate conflicting priorities and rescheduling
Meetings & Reporting
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents
- Take accurate meeting minutes
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables
- Prepare regular reports and updates
Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Arrange travel itineraries and bookings
- Manage logistics for domestic and international travel
- Ensure seamless coordination of travel schedules
Document & Data Management
- Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support data accuracy and document control
Problem Solving & Support
- Handle administrative issues and escalate where necessary
- Support decision-making through accurate information
- Apply strong judgement and emotional intelligence
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration or diary management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Basic financial understanding and business terminology
- Experience in meeting coordination and minute-taking (advantageous)
- Exposure to digital or AI workplace tools (advantageous)
