Key Purpose of the Position
The Relocation Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting Coca-Cola’s Cold Drink Equipment operations. You will be responsible for the safe loading, delivery, placement, and removal of beverage equipment (such as fountain and hot beverage machines) at various outlets and internal facilities. This hands-on role ensures that all movement of equipment is executed with precision, care, and safety, while adhering to the company’s operational and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Operational Tasks

Load and secure beverage equipment, ensuring safe transportation and delivery.

Off-load and position fountain and hot beverage equipment at designated locations.

Assist in the relocation or repositioning of equipment at sales points or customer premises.

Maintain equipment handling practices aligned with company standards.

Uphold housekeeping and safety protocols in line with HACCP, ISO14000, and Coca-Cola’s internal quality systems.

Complete physical tasks efficiently while demonstrating good hand-eye coordination.

Apply strong memory and attention to detail when handling multiple assets.
Administrative Support

Assist with the completion of check-in procedures related to equipment movements.

Provide accurate record-keeping for audits, inventory tracking, and logistical planning.

Support the team in aligning relocation activities with the Right Execution Daily (RED) standards.
Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualification

Matric / Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
Experience
-
Minimum 6 months experience in equipment handling, warehousing, deliveries, or a related role.

Experience in working with cold drink equipment or fountain machines is advantageous.
Certificates and Licenses

Valid medical certificate (required to perform physical work).

Code 10 or Code 14 driver’s license will be a strong advantage.

Must be willing and able to work overtime and flexible shifts when needed.
