Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a similar qualification

A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a retail environment with solid supply chain understanding

Administrative and Reporting Duties

Upload and archive original invoices and supporting documents

Process service vendor orders and track status

Maintain accurate transaction and document records
Inventory Control and Product Catalogue Maintenance

Update online master data and monitor product content quality

Conduct regular sanity checks of the online catalogue

Source and verify accurate product details

Monitor product availability and manage promotional item updates
Operational and Procurement Support

Assist in managing escalated orders and returns

Supervise processes such as order receiving, processing, and dispatch

Ensure materials and operational tools are efficiently managed
Stock Management Responsibilities
