Job Description

Ampath is seeking a reliable and efficient Motorbike Driver to assist with the collection and delivery of reports, specimens, and parcels to and from various locations, including wards, hospitals, doctor’s offices, factories, and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining good client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collection & Delivery:
  • Collect and deliver reports, specimens, and parcels to ensure timely receipt by clients and laboratories.
• Client Relations:
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients to promote Ampath’s professional image.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Ensure the safekeeping and maintenance of company vehicles and relevant equipment to guarantee reliability and service excellence.

Requirements

• Education:
  • Minimum of Grade 10.
• Licenses:
  • Valid South African Driver’s License (Code B).
  • Valid South African Motorcycle Driver’s License (Code A).
• Experience & Knowledge:
  • Previous driving experience.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
  • Familiarity with national traffic rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of the relevant geographical area.
